A practice is defined as much by what it refuses. These are standing exclusions, not negotiating positions.
- Clinical healthcare systems. No agent of ours makes or supports a diagnosis, triage or treatment decision.
- Mining operations systems. Safety-critical industrial control is outside our competence and we do not bid on it.
- Consumer education SaaS.
- Advertising inside our own products. We will plan and run your campaigns on your channels. We do not sell placement inside Shop 'Em All, and no payment of any kind influences what our consumer agent recommends. Those are different businesses and we keep them apart.
- Government engagements proceed only with a named procurement advisor engaged from the outset.
- The intelligence substrate itself is not for sale. We build on it for you; we do not license it out.

The monthly work of keeping an agent accurate and available: hosting, daily monitoring, improvements as your business changes, and a person to call. We build the agent once; this is how it stays useful, without you needing technical staff.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If your team can use WhatsApp, they can use this. You will not touch a server, a setting or a line of code.
Who owns my data?
You do. Tenant-isolated, always. Only anonymised patterns improve our models, and that is in the contract.
What happens after the build?
Your first 90 days are included — hosted, monitored, and improved while your team settles in. After that it continues month to month, and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
How fast can we start?
The WhatsApp sales agent goes live in 7 days. An audit takes two weeks and hands you a 90-day plan. Larger builds are scoped inside the audit, so you have a timeline and a cost before committing further.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
It works inside limits you set, every action is logged, and a person is always reachable. When something goes wrong we correct it and tell you what happened.
Can you work in a regulated environment?
Agents can run with full audit trails, human approval on sensitive actions, and access confined to what the task needs. Institutional engagements run under OPS-X terms. We will tell you plainly where a control you need is something we have not built yet.
Do you price in kwacha or dollars?
Kwacha for Zambian businesses, settled locally. Institutional and cross-border engagements price in US dollars.
