Emmanuel Lubasi
FOUNDER & CEO
Emmanuel has spent fifteen years building inside African markets — cross-border trade across Zambia, Tanzania, and the DRC; a physical supermarket in Kitwe; livestock farming on the Copperbelt; creative media; and eight years in Zambia's public education system. He founded the original Shop 'Em All as a brick-and-mortar retailer in 2015 and operated it for five years, watching the same structural problems repeat with clocklike precision: merchants deciding without data, suppliers planning without signals, banks unable to extend credit because no transaction history existed. Those five years became the product thesis for VirtualEdge Systems. A self-directed technical builder who moved from cross-border operations through software engineering into AI architecture, Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Arts (Education) and is completing an MBA in Organisational Leadership at the University of Zambia. VirtualEdge is not a startup chasing a trend — it is an infrastructure company built on fifteen years of African market experience, timed to a moment when the build is finally possible.
